   Any personal information you provide (like email or shipping info) will be kept private and used only for communication or transactions related to this site. I don’t sell or share your data.
3. Website Use
   Don’t misuse this site. No hacking, scraping, or pretending to be me. I reserve the right to block users who violate these terms.
4. Changes to Terms
   I may update these terms from time to time. By continuing to use the site, you accept any changes.
5. Purchases & Payments
   Please review item details carefully before purchasing. Shipping times and availability may vary. FOB warehouse terms apply. All artwork will be shipped Fedex unless otherwise agreed by Renée Rey, Artist and Purchaser. Renée Rey will charge shipping, handling, and sales tax when required. Artwork may be returned within 5 days of receiving by the Purchaser and will incur a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping costs, including insurance are paid by the Purchaser. Artwork must be returned in original packaging or crate and must be insured for the full sale price. A refund will be issued on undamaged artwork within 72 hours of its return to Renée Rey, less 15% of the price unless otherwise communicated to the Purchaser by Renée Rey. Verbal and/or written communication is required to insure smooth purchase, delivery, and returns.
